Hey all,

 

I made a transaction at lilion transfer almost 72 hours ago (HUF -> BITCOIN). It's almost 500$. No bitcoins and no answer to my support tickets. I sent the first support ticket 48 hours ago.

 

Should I worry?

still no bitcoins. They forwarded my case to an "appropriate department" after 4 days.

Do not send new tickets, they go the end of the queue. Please also send your liliontransfer transaction id and I will forward this topic to the owner.

We had problems with both Hungarian banks which have been solved today in the morning and all hungarian transfers have been sent few hours ago (yours as well). We are very sorry for delay.

I am confused, I do not know where I can see my exchange orders. I only have emails that my orders should be performed within 2 hours......I have been still waiting and nothing...

Yes I did. I have sent 20 emails to three persons - NO REPLY. THEY WILL PAY DEAR FOR THIS MONEY LAUNDERING !!!

UPDATE

 

Support team have finally gain access to all transactions which means that they are getting back to work.

 

How can you check your transaction?

Go to Flash-Cash.org and there you have "transactions" button in the upper menu. You can use Filters to specify your search(for example to see your referral's transactions or paid ones).

 

So now, support team is getting back to work, but for now they can't do everything they used to do in the past.

 

You can see your old transactions at www.liliontransfer.org for a few more days. Please copy your data, if necessary, because after switching to a new server, these data will be archived and won't be available so easily.

 

 

Flash-Cash server is now sending delayed notifications about transactions. In every notification you can find a link to check current status of transaction. Since now, transaction reports are up to date.

 

New feature in Flash-Cash

You can check your transaction status without logging in. Every transaction has it's unique, 64-character password, which is pasted to a link and sent with a transaction report. Thanks to that, you can check transaction status with it's ID and that password(you don't have to remember this password, just click on the link). Don't share this link with anyone!

The funniest thing is, that scammer has provided wrong account numbers and money have been sent to wrong accounts :). Next tried to change the destination accounts. Transactions will be unblocked after proper investigation. Thanks for info.

Due to enormous dollar's price increase, you have sold a large number of e-currencies dollars and we are currently short of PLN. Of course there is some PLN left, smaller transactions are being done on time, but a bigger ones may be pending. Sorry for this situation, we hope that everything will get back to normal in a few days.

There are 2 possible solutions for now:

1. (Recommended) Wait a few days and your PLN transactions will be completed.

2. Request a refund, but it would be done with a lower price(dollar's price has dropped).

 

Now more people are buying than selling e-currencies so everything should be ok in a few days.

Hi,

i wanted to do an money exchange on 28 Mrz 2013. That was short before liliontransfer was offline. I payed with wallet one but never get the amount in other currency. i wrote a lot of messages to liliontransfer support, the only answer was

"our w1 account is blocked. you have to wait till our wallet one account is unblocked"

that is about 3 month ago and they dont give my money back. Why do i have to wait till their problems with their account is solved. i trusted in liliontransfer and thought it is safe. this behavior is like if liliontransfer was a bank

got robbed and say to me sorry your money is lost the thief took it away.

What can i do to get my money back?

Please send a new ticket to Lilion Transfer's support with your transaction ID and we'll check what's going on with your transaction.

Yes i can do that. But i have written 10-15 tickets to support in the last months and i got always the same answer.

1. Delayed referral commissions are being payed now. There are hundreds of them, they will be added in about 2-3 days.

2. The commissions are being added to Lilion's account, not Lilion Transfer, as they used to be. This solution will enable multi-level withdrawals for referral commissions. 

3. In this week we will start changing layout of our website, so some parts of the website may look different.

4. We will enable fully automatic transactions. This means that more problems will be solved without support's assistance. 

5. After changing layout of our website, we will introduce transaction assistant, which will help new users to make an exchange correctly. 

6. Registration, login and activation at Lilion are now fully translated. It will help our foreign customers.

1. We have become an Official Exchanger for SensiPay. SensiPay is available as SP USD in our electronic currencies list.

 

 

2. We are glad to inform that our system has started to pay refferal commisions again. Old refferals are paid as well. They all will be paid to Monetto - Lilion account instead of Monetto - Lilion Transfer account.

I got an answer from support and as i expected :

 

Hi!

We are still waiting for money from W1. When we get them you will get the refund. We are very sorry for this situation, but we are not responsible for Payment Processors not related to us.

thats the way Lilion Transfer cares about customers. "not responsible" who else is responsible for transactions made through Lilion Transfer and money sent to your account at wallet one?

next time on ebay ebay says we are sorry but we are not responsible for anything ebay related business. If you are not able to handle a stupid w1 account and are not able to handle money  and you are not responsible

for someones money given to you to do the only thing you have to do you are totally wrong in that  business. Epic Fail.

You are responsible because i made an order with you and you promised if i send xxxmoney to your xxx account i get xxx of currency xxx.

 

i payed and you gave me nothing and obviously you dont want to give me that promised  currency nor my money back, you dont even try to clear this situation and deny that you are responsible.

 

that means you scammed me. your service is a scamm.

      Żeby jeszcze zwiększyć zarobki polecam również zapisanie się do innych polskich, sprawdzonych, wypłacalnych programów, które działają od lat. Zasady w nich są takie same lub podobne.
