Hello,

Please help me push forward my transaction LT-4792-7288-7489. Over 3 days elapsed, I wrote several tickets to support, they say smth like "wait" or "soon", no excuses, nothing. Why exchanges takes so much time? It's written in the Lilion FAQ that exchanges take about 2 hours or, if there are mistakes - up to 48 hours. There are no mistakes in my transaction, but no explanations about delays either. Does it mean that Lilion cheats their customers promising 2 hours and holding their money for several days or even weeks (I heard it happens)?

Do you need an email messaging with HD-money or OKPay processors to exchange money? You're exchanging HD money and OKpay and you are their certified partner. OKPay has support tickets and they always answer, very quickly. Your flash-cash automat says "Wrong account, amount or currency." None of these are true. Right account, right amount, right currency. I think the reason is the rate between HD-money and OKpay that you dont like to change at for me. But I orderer exchange at Lilion rates, not mine.

 

Moreover, I have contacted OKpay. They say that they didn't receive any emails from Lilion and they don't need any email correspondence at all to exchange money.

When you log in to Flash-Cash, you see that refund has been issued. Next we tried to do the refund but problem occured and we tried once again and refund has been issued. All that you can do on your Flash-Cash profile or you may send a Support ticket. Whole the history is in your profile.

Hello!

 

I have tried to exchange Bitcoin for EGP USD on lilion but nothing has happened and flash cash sent me an email that my transaction was cancelled.. I have sent the bitcoin to the specified address but the transaction still got cancelled. Now I have no bitcoin and no EGP uSD. I have opened up a support ticket 24 hours ago but no reply from support. Is this a scam?

I requested an exchange from Okpay to Neteller 40hours ago, i have transfered the money from my Okpay Account (OK540408337) to the given account (OK789864530)  at the same time i recived the invoice but i still haven't recieved the money into my Neteller account (452923932367).

Hello All,

 

I made a transaction yesterday, from my API acc. i sent 4.62 LTC and change them to 109 PLN. The transaction was cancelled. No one is answering the phone in the Monetto office in krakow, and i sent ticket, no reply also.

 

Could you continue with my transaction, or return my LTC to my API acc from which i have send the LTC to Lilion.

Interface for this site is really awful, you connect 5 sites at once and its really boring and complicated to some newbie to use... Lilion, Monetto, Cash-Fast bla bla bla... just one to another...

Bank BZWBK has changed its script, so autotransfers are currently unavailable for this bank. Transfers in PLN will be made from other Polish banks, transfers in other currencies are temporarily manual, so they may take more time.

Getin, Getin Up and Getin Online banks have changed their scripts, so transfers to them are temporarily credited manually.

you will not get anything back. this dumbass service owes me 600$ for over half an year. they accepted payment, i can prove with screenshot etc. but they wont give me anything back because they have a problem with the payment service. i wrote uncounted mails but nothing happened.i got not one cent. now they just ignore my mails.

this behavior is called SCAM.

That's why we've implemented a new system of finding and identifying such problems, which will help our technicians to fix these problems, even before sending support ticket to us.
