I'm one of the developers of Diamond Coin. Most of us (developers) are based in Europe and we are perticularily focused on this part of the world. We want to target Eropean market and would like to integrate your services with ours.

 

What are the criteria the coin must fulfill before you add another cryptocurrency coin to your trading list?

Hello,

I made a transaction on Monday morning 10/02/2014 from a bank that is listed (Banca Transilvania) and it still isn't processed. I sent 49.64 euros in exchange of bitcoins. No e-mail from flash-cash, no response from support appart from "forwarding to an appropriate department" which was almost 3 days ago. Should I worry? I honestly chose this service because I heard it's popular within Eastern Europe, and I specifically opened a back account here so I can do business fast because in your FAQ it says that transactions from listed banks are processed within minutes. But this isn't promising. Please send me the bitcoins as soon as possible.

UPDATE 17/02/2014

 

My bitcoins have been sent but I don't recommend a service with a one week delay.

 

My 50 euros (0.08 BTC) have turned into 37 euros (they sent 0.0795 BTC) due to the change in exchange rate. So basically I lost 13 euros, or 25% of my investment in one week.

 

I am dissatisfied!

Lilion transfer is not paying my money and refuses to return them.

I ordered two transactions last week - 100 usd from Egopay to BZ WBK account and 1000usd to Millenium bank account (both are polsih banks) - a receive only messages that error occured and that's it, 5 days passed - money still ot on my account.

 

I wrote to support many times, to support on their page and on facebook - first the answer was "hou have to whait, we can not return your money, whait untill transaction become completed", but later support started just to IGNORE ME and than gave an IP BAN! I don have access to webpage and have no option to have my money returned.

 

I wrote a claim to EgoPay stating winth screenshots that their "official parthner" is cheating.

 

DO NOT USE lillion for money exchange - they can cheat you easily and give an IP ban - and you'll have no chance to get money back.

You right. I don't know why they did this but wait unitl @phoenix84 read this topic. I never use this kantor before but sometimes users did somethinh wrong so time to finish exchange was a couple days longer like usual. Maybe it's also the same problem here.

Hi!

Within last week few banks have seized our funds and accounts with no reason. We thankfully did not have all money in the banks, so we are able to do refunds. Some banks have given irrational arguments regarding this situation.

After 5 years of operation we are forced to suspend operation (especially Poland and Central Europe).

All pending transactions will be finished or refunded. If your funds have been seized by the bank you have to wait for bank refund approval.

We are planning to reopen online money exchange in couple of weeks/months. It will be exchange for electronic and cryptographic currencies only. We are not planning to deal with normal banks, as they always try to exterminate us.

It is possible to include normal banks, only if third party company is able to take the risk.

In last 5 years a lot of money has been stolen or seized from us (we always paid for that from our pocket):
60% of money has been stolen by banks and governments
30% of money has been stolen by hackers and thieves
10% has been lost due incompetence (ours or our partners)

In last 1,5 years no money has been lost due to hackers, thieves or incompetent partners. Only banks and governments were stealing. That\\\'s we have to terminate cooperation with banks and governments.

Exchanges will be still technically possible as some people would like to withdraw money from their e-currencies accounts or from Monetto.

All those transactions will be proceed normally, but delays may occur.

We apologize for inconvenience it may cause.

W ciągu ostatniego tygodnia kilak banków zablokowało nam konta i środki bez podania przyczyny. Na szczęście nie mieliśmy wszystkich środków w bankach, więc możemy dokonać zwrotów. Niektóre banki przysłały tak irracjonalne argumenty, że nie wiadomo, jak na to reagować.

Po 5 latach działalności jesteśmy zmuszeni ją zawiesić (szczególnie w Polsce i Europie Środkowej).

Wszystkie zawieszone transakcje zostaną wykonane lub otrzymają Państwo zwroty. Jeśli środki zostały zablokowane przez bank, trzeba będzie poczekać na ich odblokowanie.

Planujemy otworzyć kantor online za kilka tygodni/miesięcy. Będzie to tylko kantor walut elektronicznych i kryptograficznych. Nie planujemy już kooperować z normalnymi bankami, bo zawsze próbują nas wykończyć.

Oczywiście jest możliwe, że dołączymy normalne banki, ale tylko jeśli jakaś firma zewnętrzna zgodzi się przejąć na siebie ryzyko bezterminowej blokady środków ze strony banku.

W ostatnich pięciu latach bardzo dużo pieniędzy zostało nam ukradzionych lub zablokowanych (zawsze płaciliśmy za to ze swojej kieszeni):
60% z tego zostało ukradzionych przez banki i rządy
30% z tego zostało ukradzionych przez hakerów i złodziei
10% z tego straciliśmy przez inkompetencję (naszą lub naszych partnerów)

W ciągu ostatnich 1,5 roku nie straciliśmy nic z powodu hakerów, złodziei i inkompetencji. Tylko banki i rządy kradły i blokowały. Dlatego musimy zakończyć działalność z bankami i rządami.

Wymiany nadal będą technicznie możliwe, by ostatnie osoby mogły wypłacić środki z portmonetek elektronicznych albo z Monetto.

Wszystkie te transakcje będą przechodziły normalnie, ale mogą zdarzać się opóźnienia.

Przepraszamy za niedogodności z tym związane.
